Can I extract individual pages instead of a range?
Yes. To extract a single page, set both the "From" and "To" values to the same page number. For example, entering "From: 5, To: 5" extracts just page 5 as a separate PDF document.
Will splitting affect the quality of images or text in my PDF?
No. Splitting extracts pages at the document structure level without re-rendering or re-compressing anything. All content — text, images, hyperlinks, and embedded fonts — is preserved exactly as it appears in the original file.
Is there a limit on how many pages I can split from a PDF?
There is no page limit. You can split a single page, or extract almost all pages from a very long document. The only constraint is your device's available memory, since the file is processed locally in your browser.
Is it safe to split confidential PDF documents here?
Yes. PixelForge splits PDFs entirely within your browser — your file is never transmitted to a server. Once you close the tab, the document is cleared from memory. This makes it safe to split sensitive legal, medical, or financial documents.
